Tearleads is free on your device. Paid plans add end-to-end encrypted sync for one organization and are priced by member capacity, not per member.

Early testing. Tearleads is still in testing, and hosted data may be reset. Keep your own backups of anything important.

Monthly list prices in US dollars. Each paid plan covers one organization with the member capacity shown; it is not a per-member price. Checkout shows the final price and any taxes.

Subscribe in the web app: open Org Manager, choose your organization, and go to Billing. The desktop apps can't take payment.

How billing works

Who manages billing
Organization admins manage the subscription.
Free trial
Your personal organization starts a 7-day free sync trial when the app first registers your identity. For any other organization, an admin can start one from the same Billing view. A trial covers up to 10 members.
Who counts as a member
Anyone on your organization's active roster, including admins. Your devices don't count. Plans cover a fixed capacity of 1, 5, or 10 members, which the app's Billing view calls seats.
Which plan you get
On the web, checkout picks the smallest plan that covers your roster when you subscribe. Checkout isn't available for a roster of more than 10 members.
When the roster grows
A plan's capacity doesn't grow with the roster. Once every seat is in use, a new member can't sync until someone leaves the roster.
Manage or cancel

Admins can cancel in Org Manager → Billing, and sync continues until the paid period ends. You can also manage a web subscription through Stripe with your billing email, even without your Tearleads keys.

If a trial or subscription ends
Sync stops accepting changes, and synced data can still be downloaded during a grace period. After that, the service permanently deletes the organization's synced documents and files. Data on your devices stays.
